Four of Them

notasamalander:

Can I say what’s really upsetting to me about the whole Renner thing isn’t even that he said the n-word, it’s that his thinking was so damaged from the beginning that he thought it was appropriate and needed to make a movie about a sympathetic neonazi?

I have great love for Hawkeye, and the Avengers was a damn good movie, but Renner, unless you want to explain what the fuck you were thinking

a)making the choice to be in that movie and

b)dropping an n-bomb off the set/out of the context of the script

Than you can take your sassy hips back to fuckoff town, because I’m pretty fucking sure the last thing we needed, now, 5 years ago, or ever was a movie where we were supposed to feel bad for a member of a hate group who was just “misunderstood”.
